Muner at Magneti Marelli factory

Last week, our students had the opportunity of visiting Magneti Marelli factory in Bologna.

They were initially introduced to an overall view of the company and on the Innovation-oriented approach to the mobility they have since their foundation.

Students were then taken to R&D facilities’ Workshop, where cars are tested on test benches or set up for on read testing, and to Reliability Laboratories where components (both mass production and motorsport) are tested on endurance properties.

Last stop of the visit was the Electric-Motor Testing Laboratories, where all the motor prototypes are tested to verify the simulations respect the physical data and reflect the performance specs.
