Registration open for WIT 2024 Final Roundtable: “Diversity and Inclusion”

On Friday 12 July, Tecnopolo di Modena will host the “Diversity and Inclusion” round table, marking the end of the third edition of the MUNER Women in Transport Summer School.

Starting at 3 pm, the event will bring together the 20 engineering students from around the world who participated in the Summer School hosted by the Department of Engineering Enzo Ferrari (UNIMORE) in the heart of Motor Valley.

The round table will be participated by MUNER’s partner companies, part of the newly created Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee, and will be divided into two sessions.

The first session will focus on HR professionals and the second will highlight the experiences of female technical professionals.

The panel will be moderated by Soundous Drissi, MUNER Programme Manager, and coordinated by Professor Elena Bassoli, Director of the Summer School and Coordinator of the Committee.

Speakers include representatives from AVL, CNH, Danisi, Dallara, Ducati, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Mahle, Pirelli, Unibo, Unipr, Unimore and MUNER.

The event will conclude with an aperitif and networking opportunity for students, professionals, companies, institutions and educators interested in gender diversity in the automotive sector.

The Women in Transport Summer School, organised by MUNER in collaboration with the Fondazione Marco Biagi and the Department of Engineering Enzo Ferrari (UNIMORE), offers an immersive experience in the automotive world.
