Join MUNER at R2B 2024 for a workshop on best practices for inclusion

We are pleased to announce that MUNER will be hosting a workshop at the upcoming R2B – Research to Business 2024 event.

R2B is an international exhibition dedicated to research and advanced skills for innovation, bringing together experts, companies, institutions, universities and international centers to discuss emerging technologies, research frontiers, challenges and opportunities.

This year, R2B will focus on policies and strategies for innovation and talent development, highlighting the role of major European partnerships in fostering collaboration across territories for growth and prosperity. With over 100 sessions in 12 thematic areas, the event will feature international speakers, experts and representatives from European and Italian institutions, entrepreneurs, researchers, venture capitalists and financial actors.

Our session will present the results of a study conducted by the MUNER Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee (GDEC). This research has mapped various initiatives on gender awareness and inclusion, identifying best practices for academic and working environments characterized by significant gender disparities.

The study aims to create essential guidelines for the GDEC’s future initiatives aimed at fostering a more balanced and inclusive educational environment. The workshop will be an opportunity to discuss the findings, share experiences, and plan new actions to improve gender and inclusion awareness and training in academic institutions.
