Empowering women in transport: A day at Ferrari

The ongoing edition of the Women In Transport Summer School experienced an extraordinary day at Ferrari, full of learning, excitement and inspiration. Our group of 20 talented students had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in various activities organised by Ferrari.

The day began with a visit to the Ferrari Museum, where history and innovation come together. The students then tested their skills and teamwork in an exciting pit stop challenge, followed by an insightful discussion with the HR team. A comprehensive factory tour provided an in-depth look at Ferrari’s cutting-edge production processes, culminating in an engaging seminar that left everyone inspired.

We hope the day provided these future engineers with a wealth of experience and memories that will last for years to come. 

The group has four intense and action-packed days ahead of them, filled with more opportunities to learn, grow and be inspired.
