MUNER and Ducati reward talent: Vittorio Nocchi receives “Giulio Malagoli Memorial Scholarship”
This morning, at the Ducati headquarters in Bologna, the first edition of the “Giulio Malagoli Memorial Scholarship” was awarded to Vittorio Nocchi.
The initiative is the result of a collaboration between MUNER – Motorvehicle University of Emilia Romagna and Ducati Motor Holding spa, with the aim of supporting talented students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Advanced Automotive Engineering.
The award ceremony was attended by Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati and President of Motor Valley, Professor Francesco Leali, representing MUNER and UNIMORE, and Simone Di Piazza, Head of Innovation and R&D Services at Ducati.
The €5,000 scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Eng. Giulio Malagoli, a highly respected Ducati engineer, to support students who, like Malagoli, demonstrate academic excellence, a strong passion for advanced automotive engineering and a commitment to innovation. Among the candidates, Vittorio Nocchi was selected for his outstanding academic achievements and his drive to contribute to the evolution of automotive technologies, in line with Malagoli’s professional spirit.
This scholarship reaffirms MUNER and Ducati’s commitment to fostering talent and offering young engineers concrete opportunities for professional growth, contributing to the excellence and innovation of one of the region’s most important industries.
